An extremely beneficial treatment that involves a very intensive process of using therapeutic pressure techniques on the feet. 

There is a complete map of the human body mirrored onto the feet. There are zones, meridians, ​reflexes & nerves in the feet which correspond to all glands, organs, parts & systems of the body.

The act of applying pressure using thumb, finger & hand techniques through specialized combinations of pressure on the feet cause beneficial physiological changes to occur in the body which assist in stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities. ​
 

​Colour Reflexology

Following a full reflexology treatment, I work with a penlight torch, a crystal roller ball and 12 coloured discs. 

The colour disc is chosen that is a vibrational match to the area of the body that holds the imbalance/stagnant energy. 

It is light, pain free and non-invasive.

The organ/area then absorbs the crystal energy and the colour vibration which balances the energy and decongests the blockage.
